COMMUNITY CARE LOTTO:  The numbers drawn for the Lotto of the 5th October were 9,20,21,22.  Numbers were drawn by Christy Griffin.  There was no jackpot winner of €7,400.  Two €50 winners were Cliona Nolan, Ardrahan and Kathleen Corridon, Kilmoyley.  Community Centre bookings 087-1611720.

TIDY TOWN KILMOYLEY GARDEN RESULTS:  Tidy Towns Kilmoyley had a fantastic night at their first annual Garden Awards Ceremony. A Huge crowd attended this inaugural event. A wonderful night was had by all, there was an immense sense of pride and satisfaction by all nominees. Roll on 2016.

INVITATION TO THE LAUNCH OF “NORTH KERRY HURLING HISTORY BOOK”:  A book on the 90 year history of the North Kerry Hurling Board will be launched on this Sunday, 18th October by Aogán Ó Fearghaíl, Uachtarán, Cumann Luthchleas Gael. Venue is Ballyroe Heights Hotel where proceedings get underway at 8.00p.m.

Anyone interested is invited to attend, with a particular welcome to anyone who had a direct link or a family link with the Board over the years. This includes former officers and delegates and past and current players and club officers and delegates.

 ‘North Kerry – a hurling history’ will be a hardback, A4 sized book, running to 256 pages and it will include over 150 photographs. It includes lists of all the North Kerry officers since 1925 as well as each of the recorded competition winners.  The book will go on sale at the launch and will cost €20. Copies will be available thereafter at a number of shops throughout the North Kerry villages.  A great and interesting night guaranteed.
